It was a little windy and more than a bit slippery outside, but there were almost 100 people out on the streets of Kingston on February 22nd in support of nightlight!
The walk was a great time to spread awareness about homelessness and poverty in our city, as well as raise funds for nightlight Kingston. We had walkers of all ages join us for a 2, 5 or 10k walk around Kingston’s downtown.
Once we were back it was a hot chili dinner, music, and a chance to visit with each other at St. Andrews Church
Our sincere thanks to Starbucks who provided our coffee, and the K-Rock Center who provided some of the chili for the evening.
And thanks to all of you who came out and supported us!
